Job summary

The Behavior Lab in California is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to support in-home and community-based therapy sessions. You will work one-on-one with children, delivering ABA services, collecting data, and collaborating with families under supervision of our clinical team.

Paid training provided and flexible scheduling to fit afternoons and evenings. Prior ABA experience not required; passion for helping children and a strong work ethic are valued attributes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.
