Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician to support children ages 2–8 through ABA-based therapy. You will work Mon-Fri 10:45am-4:45pm in a supportive team environment with experienced BCBAs and RBTs.

Responsibilities include delivering individualized interventions, communicating progress to families, tracking session data, and assisting with group activities. A high school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA.
• Effectively communicate with families/guardians about progress.
• Track session data with the treatment team to help clients achieve goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.
