Hello ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Technician to join a family-like, growth-focused team in Middle River, MD. The role offers part-time hours (15-20 per week) with afternoon/evening shifts and a pay range of $25-$32 per hour, plus bonuses and a sign-on incentive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Available to attend the 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in the home around Middle River.
• Teach essential daily living and social skills using ABA techniques.
• Collect and organize data during sessions for personalized client programs.
• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings and supervision to grow skills.
• Work with supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans.
• Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families and team members to support children’s needs.
