Job summary

Achievement Behavior Servies seeks a part-time Behavior Technician for in-home ABA sessions with children diagnosed with ASD. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing Discrete Trial Teaching, prompting, and data collection to support communication and adaptive behaviors.

The role involves after-school and weekend sessions, collaboration with our ABA Professionals Network, and opportunities to pursue the RBT credential. Prior relevant experience is valued.

Qualifications

• ABA-related knowledge and experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong communication with caregivers, supervisors, and students.
• Ability to document progress notes and data points clearly and timely.
• Experience with in-home or community ABA services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage one-on-one with a child in the home to implement ABA strategies.
• Collect data, measure progress, and document progress per BIP.
• Coordinate with BCBA supervisor for feedback and direction.
• Maintain thorough session notes and billing information.
• Communicate respectfully with families and care providers.
• Follow safety and professional guidelines during sessions.
