Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement individualized skill-building plans and work as part of a supportive clinical team, documenting progress with electronic data entry.

The role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the ABA field. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, is willing to learn, and demonstrates patience and compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
