Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support clients in their homes and community sites. The role focuses on implementing evidence-based ABA interventions, promoting independence and positive behavior, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

You will record session data, engage with families, and contribute to individualized care plans while enjoying flexible part-time hours and opportunities for professional growth in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to remain calm.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
