Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings.

You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, collect session data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support each client’s goals. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
