Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in Iowa. You will receive and register inbound shipments, perform general warehouse tasks, and support health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining our exceptionally high standards.
• Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flawless flow of goods throughout the facility.
• Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to determine and successfully implement solutions.
• Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, ensuring that every order meets our world-class quality standards.
• Follow company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our ambitious operational goals.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to contribute to the team’s success.

Starting rate on 2nd shift: $24.50/hr Additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance! Part Time Shift start time is 6p-11p

• Pay Range: $15.00 - $30.15. Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
