Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Aurora, CO seeks a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our distribution center. You will safely operate powered equipment, pick and transport products, and use RF scanners to maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

Position Details

We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Aurora, CO distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, with a 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM start time

Pay

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hourly or Incentive Bonus

• Pay Range: $15.00 - $27.36
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, and transport product to assigned locations
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall-protection equipment when required
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
