Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring for a warehouse associate to receive, register, and move shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. You will support health, safety, and environmental compliance, coordinate with departments to resolve holds, and maintain high standards of quality and attendance.

Starting at $20/hr with a 6:30a–3p shift and overtime as needed, the role offers comprehensive benefits and growth within a leading plumbing and building supplies distributor

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining flawless accuracy.
• Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the seamless flow of goods and contribute to our ambitious operational goals.
• Assist site management to comply strictly with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records impeccably.
• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by coordinating with other departments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, adhering to our proven standards of quality and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, demonstrating your dedication and determination.
• Successfully implement other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the warehouse operations.

• - Pay Range: - $15.00 - $19.59 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
