Job summary

Navion Senior Living's Keowee Square is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for part-time 3rd shift (10p-6a) to administer medications and oversee resident care in a cutting-edge Assisted Living community.

Requirements include a High School diploma, completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course, and CNA or Personal Care Assistant certification, plus strong written and verbal communication for interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or CNA certification required.
• Able to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting.
• Capable of working with seniors in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Protects resident rights and treats residents with dignity and respect.
• Attends in-service and continuing education per state regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information per HIPAA.
• Documents accurately and reports changes in resident condition promptly.
• Operates equipment safely and follows community policies.
