The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations. This involves product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations, and teamwork to create an incredible place to work and shop.

Responsibilities include processing, packaging, and stocking products according to grocery standards, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Personal Skills

Education and Experience

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, memos, and correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information to customers, vendors, and associates who speak only English.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers using units of American money and weight measurement.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions and handle problems with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates and Licenses

Completion of company training, including new hire orientation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, and smell. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must regularly lift/move up to 60 pounds. Vision abilities include close, color, and depth perception.

Work Environment
