Job summary

Castle Senior Living is seeking compassionate part-time caregivers for Grand Hills Castle in New Berlin, WI. The role focuses on providing personal care, daily living support, and creating a safe, engaging living environment for residents.

Shifts include weekdays with every other weekend rotation and occasional holidays. Training provided, with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or a High School Student with an active CNA license.
• Passion for caring for and serving others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• No previous caregiving experience required; we will train the right candidate.
• CBRF certifications preferred.
• Medication Administration certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assisting residents during meals and meal preparation.
• Supporting medication and treatment administration as assigned.
• Performing housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Training and mentoring new team members as needed.
• Supporting resident health, safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
