Job summary

Motor Technology, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Storeroom Clerk to support technicians by writing up jobs, entering data, and keeping the storeroom organized with accurate inventory. You will handle parts reception, distribution, and basic warehouse tasks in a safety-focused environment.

You will assist with deliveries, customer pickups, and after-hours calls, with a schedule of Mon, Thu, & Friday, 4:00PM - 10:30PM, and a pay range of $20.70-$23.00 per hour including a 15% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to independently complete tasks.
• Working knowledge of inventory procedures and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and legible handwriting.
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work occasional overtime as needed.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write up incoming jobs and enter job information into our system.
• Keep storeroom organized and inventory accurate.
• Receive and distribute parts and materials for repairs.
• Assist technicians with storeroom needs during the repair process.
• Perform inventory counts and manage deliveries.
• Load and unload deliveries and help with customer pickups/deliveries.

Responsibilities include receiving and distributing parts and materials, assisting technicians with storeroom needs throughout the repair process, performing inventory counts, loading and unloading deliveries, and helping with customer pickups and deliveries. You'll also answer after-hours customer calls, complete basic warehouse and facility tasks, and follow all required safety procedures.
