Allure of Moline is seeking a Part time 2nd shift Dietary Aide to join our team. The role supports food service by preparing and serving meals according to planned menus, standard recipes, and special diet orders, while ensuring safety, sanitation, and patient comfort across shifts.

The ideal candidate will read, write, speak, and understand English, maintain clean work areas, and show patience and enthusiasm while assisting residents with meals and snacks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm for resident care.
• Willingness to adopt new methods and procedures.
• Must not pose a direct health or safety threat in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare & serve meals per planned menus and standard recipes; provide nutritional snacks as directed.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safety; follow infection control precautions.
• Perform dishwashing and cleaning; ensure utensils are available for next meal.
• Prepare and deliver snacks, serve in dining room, and assist with food cart/tray delivery.
