Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Madison, WI. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, dusting furniture, restocking bathrooms, and maintaining a clean, safe environment throughout the building.

Training and supervision are provided by the Custodial Manager or Supervisor. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, follow established procedures, and perform a variety of cleaning tasks using standard equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and shampoo

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment (vacuum, buffers, shampoo machines).
• High energy, organizational skills, and pride in service.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and surfaces.
• Stock bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report equipment defects to supervisors.
• Remove trash and replace liners; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with snow removal at entrances as directed.
