Since 1999, Brightmont has helped students from grades 1-12 achieve their potential across 26 campuses nationwide. The position focuses on one-to-one teaching, empowering students to master math and science concepts in a supportive environment with minimal administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math or Science field.
• Patience & empathy to support diverse learners.
• Genuine passion to teach the subject to the next generation.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
• Willingness to undergo fingerprints and pass a federal background check (AZ, WA only).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one math or science instruction to individual students.
• Adapt lessons to each student’s needs and pace.
• Provide feedback and track student progress.
• Maintain a flexible, student-centered teaching approach.
