Brightmont Academy is seeking a Part-Time Math & Science Teacher to join our one-to-one learning model. You’ll teach students individually, focusing on mastery with minimal planning or grading duties.

We offer a flexible schedule and a wage of $22–$23 per hour. Our program emphasizes personalized instruction for grades 1–12 in a supportive, student-centered environment. No lesson planning or outside work required, while professional development opportunities support your teaching career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, or related field.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and learning management software (LMS).
• Willingness to provide fingerprints and pass a federal background check (AZ, WA only).
• Commitment to 1:1 teaching and student-centered learning approach.
• Patience and empathy to support diverse learners.

Responsibilities
