Job summary

Nurture & Nature ABA in Camarillo, CA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement programs, collect data, and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and minimum 2 years of ABA experience. Travel within a 20-mile radius and strong data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related human-services).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized programs designed by a BCBA and use evidence-based ABA strategies (NET, DTT, PRT, FCT).
• Collect accurate data (ABC data, frequency, duration) and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team to promote consistency and skill generalization.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and compassionate care aligned with BACB standards and company policies.
