Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing team, coach staff, monitor sales and inventory, ensure safety compliance, and support commercial accounts to meet daily goals in a fast‑paced automotive

Qualifications

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional Communication: Bilingual Spanish and English communication.
• Automotive Retail: Prior experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification: Automotive Service Excellence certification.

Responsabilités

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns/merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial/hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding policies.
