Job summary

AutoZone seeks a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure WOW! Customer Service while maintaining efficient store operations. You will supervise and develop staff, monitor inventory and KPIs, and coordinate with commercial departments to meet performance goals.

Excellent communication and a background in automotive retail are preferred; ASE certification is advantageous. Flexible scheduling including weekends is expected to support store needs.

Qualifications

  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.

  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
