As a Parts Sales Manager at AutoZone in Colorado, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering superior customer experiences. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll supervise, train, and develop staff, monitor inventory and sales goals, and ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
