Qualifications

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control.
• Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders.

• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management and safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues while upholding policies.
