• Leadership abilities with a track record of developing teams.

• A demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
• Experience in automotive retail and sales leadership is preferred.
• Able to support commercial accounts and deliveries.
• Customer-focused problem solving and issue resolution.
• ASE Certification is a nice-to-have.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an advantage.
