Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering WOW!

customer service and managing daily store operations. You’ll supervise, train, and develop staff under the Store Manager, maintain effective communications with customers and colleagues, and push toward goals with strong leadership and inventory discipline.

Qualifications

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule: Full-time, mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Prior experience in automotive retail recommended.
• Certifications: ASE Certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise, training, and developing high-performing employees under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees during store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations and WOW customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and promote safety practices in line with company standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
