Qualifications

  • Leadership: demonstrating integrity and decisive leadership.
  • Flexible schedule: full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Spanish & English: exceptional bilingual communication skills.
  • Automotive retail: prior experience in automotive retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive sales with focus on parts sales, inventory optimization, and timely returns/merchandising.
  • Uphold PPE use, safety standards, and risk management practices.
  • Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet customer needs and on-time deliveries.
  • Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while upholding policies.

  • Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
  • Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
  • Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
  • Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
