  • Leadership: assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
  • Communication: maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
  • Metrics mindedness: monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Process orientation: follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.
  • Teamwork: collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Parts sales & inventory management: lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, timely returns.
  • Safety & compliance: enforce PPE use, promote risk management, uphold safety standards.
  • Commercial account support: assist in managing commercial/hub departments to support deliveries.
  • Problem solving: resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly.
