Job summary

As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead by example, supervise and develop staff, monitor sales goals and inventory, and collaborate with commercial departments to deliver trusted automotive solutions, while upholding safety and compliance.

  • Exceptional communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
  • Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees for smooth operations.
  • Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
  • Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and returns.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE and safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding policies.

  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
