Customer Service while managing day-to-day store operations. Under the Store Manager, MITs supervise, train, and develop staff, monitor outcomes, and ensure efficient processes, inventory control, and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Automotive retail experience is preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish is a plus.

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.

• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
