• Administrative supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned staff.
• Track service delivery, grant deliverables, performance measures, documentation quality, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Ryan White Part D operations, service workflows, program milestones, and implementation of the approved work plan.
• Provide administrative supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned staff, including the Intensive Medical Case Manager.
• Prepare, complete, review, and submit required program and grant reports; verify supporting data and meet reporting deadlines.
• Track service delivery, grant deliverables, performance measures, documentation quality, and compliance requirements; address gaps promptly.
• Work with Finance, clinical leaders, and data/quality personnel on grant oversight, quality improvement, and monitoring or audit preparation.
• Develop referral relationships with health departments, providers, and community partners to strengthen access and continuity of care.
