Job summary

ABX Air, Inc. is seeking a maintenance compliance professional to conduct CASS-related analyses and surveillance across the total maintenance system to ensure adherence to CFR 121.373 and FAA regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A&P license
  • 7 years of Part 121 or military aircraft maintenance experience (two year degree may substitute)
  • Working knowledge of Boeing manuals/ service bulletins / ABX AIR suite of Maintenance Manuals
  • Working knowledge of CFR 121 and FAA regulations

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations, surveillance, and analysis of the maintenance system to ensure compliance with company procedures and federal regulations.
  • Perform internal and external audits and provide audit and analysis reports.
  • Evaluate Airworthiness Directives and regulatory compliance; identify hazards and safety violations.
  • Support Internal Evaluation Department (IEP) and detect trends of program weaknesses.
  • Perform risk assessment and detailed root cause analyses, including human factors; evaluate corrective actions.
