ABX Air in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) auditor to ensure regulatory compliance of the maintenance program and airworthiness directives. You will conduct internal and external audits, generate analysis reports, and monitor regulatory changes affecting Part 121 operations.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 7 years in Part 121 or military aircraft maintenance, and working knowledge of Boeing manuals and CFR 121 FAA regulations;
Responsible to accomplish the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) functions as required by CFR 121.373; Conduct thorough examinations, surveillance, and analysis of the total maintenance system to ensure compliance and effectiveness with company procedures and federal regulations; Perform internal and external audits. Provide audit and analysis reports as required; evaluate and oversee Airworthiness Directive and other applicable regulatory compliance for Part 121 air carrier, identify hazards, potential regulatory compliance and safety violations; provide support to the company Internal Evaluation Department (IEP); detect and analyze trends of program weaknesses or deficiencies; perform risk assessment and detailed root cause analysis to include human factors; evaluate corrective action plans for effectiveness; support Engineering and Maintenance Program functions to include the FAA approved Reliability Program as needed.
