• Must be able to pass cash handling and TIPS training.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages to guests in a fast, courteous and efficient manner.
• Follow standard recipes and proper billing procedures.
• Maintain liquor, garnishes and bar supplies; ensure equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Take payments and check IDs for alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure safety and escalate issues to management.
