We have an amazing opportunity for a Parkshore - Human Resources Director to join our team! This role pays between $110,000 to $140,000 DOE. We offer fantastic benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with 4% match, generous PTO, and so much more! Our Director of Human Resources partners closely with leaders, engages directly with employees, coaches managers, navigates employee relations, supports recruiting and retention, and helps solve challenges as they arise. This is a "player-coach" role - someone who can develop the big-picture strategy while also jumping in to make things happen. The ideal candidate is approachable, responsive, practical, and energized by people. You won't simply oversee HR from a distance—you'll build relationships, solve problems, coach leaders, and be a visible presence throughout the community! This is a highly visible, hands-on HR leadership role for someone who enjoys being where the work happens. We are looking for an HR Director who can think strategically, but who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in the day-to-day work of HR.
