Job summary

Parkshore, a Transforming Age community in Seattle's Madison Park, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. You will provide compassionate care, support assessments, and help manage resident needs in a welcoming, lakefront setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in good standing in state.
• Experience in nursing home or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Support the DON with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents' needs are met and charting and records are accurate.
• Review routines and calendar of events to support resident care.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered and in stock.

This role pays $50 to $55 per hour DOE

Our Registered Nurses:

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents.
• Support the
• DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with the Parkshore nursing team
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age , our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed!

• Be a graduate of an accredited RN Program
• Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing
• Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
• Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
• Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
• Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs.
