Job summary

The City of Bozeman is seeking a Parks Service Worker to support the Parks Department in beautifying and maintaining the City’s parks, grounds, and facilities. You will operate equipment, perform janitorial duties, and help prepare parks for rentals and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related equipment operation experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain Montana Driver’s License within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Beautify and maintain parks, grounds, and facilities; empty trash and clean restrooms; prepare parks for rentals and events.
• Operate and maintain light and medium-duty equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to City residents and visitors.
