Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years progressively responsible clerical experience.
• Advanced office and computer skills; experience using Municode, SAMSARA, and ESRI Software is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative support tasks for directors and departments, including complex assignments, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines.
• Greet visitors and respond to phone and email inquiries, provide general information and process documents.
• Establish and maintain office systems, including files, records, forms, documentation, mail routing, and project management.
• Prepare and distribute materials such as memos, correspondence, reports, purchase orders, and responses to inquiries.
• Assist GIS tasks using ArcGIS and interpret utility data.
