Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) years of managerial experience in Recreation or related field.
• Strong understanding of park systems, budgeting, and public sector procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer service oriented. CPRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Manager to develop and enforce department policies.
• Guide Senior Park Managers and staff across operations and programs.
• Oversee Indy Stat data, service standards, and facility maintenance.
• Recruit, hire, and manage City Day Camp, Playground, and Aquatic programs.
• Analyze data for program planning and budget reconciliation.
