Job summary

Town of Prosper in Texas is actively seeking a Parks Planner to join the city's parks and recreation team. The ideal candidate will bring a landscape architecture background and experience in park planning, design, and project coordination to deliver quality public spaces.

The role requires at least one year of related work, familiarity with relevant professional memberships, and a valid Texas driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in landscape design, park planning, or related field.
• Membership in APA, PMI, CLARB, NCARB, or NCEES active.
• Valid Texas Class C driver's license and willingness to undergo motor vehicle record check.
• Experience coordinating or managing planning, design, development, renovation, or construction projects with monitoring schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
