Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent plus at least 1 year experience in grounds and turf maintenance or related field.
• Or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventative and regular maintenance on equipment and facilities including landscaping and related trades.
• Inspects equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance.
• Maintains fields for seeding, fertilizing, and sporting events.
• Maintains restrooms, logs, and inventory; supports events.
• Operates trucks, mowers, and other equipment as needed.
• Leads daily trash collections and ensures lakes are free of debris.
• Applies pesticides and herbicides as directed and maintains sprinkler systems.
