Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience is required.
• Minimum of four years of experience providing work direction is required.
• Related experience leading projects and coordinating daily operations with teams in a similar environment is preferred.

• Manages a team of employees in lead, full-time, and seasonal positions; hiring, scheduling, and employee relations.
• Plans and oversees division operations, develops daily/weekly/yearly schedules, and reports progress to stakeholders.
• Ensures safe work environment; develops maintenance and reliability programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participates in budget planning and monitors expenditures against the plan.
• Represents the department publicly, handles difficult situations, and ensures timely emergency response.
