Qualifications

• Associate's degree or graduation from a vocational program in engineering, construction management, plumbing, building trades or related field.
• Three to five years of continual supervisory experience in plumbing, engineering or related trade experience.
• Four years of experience managing park or building properties, specializing in repair and preventative maintenance.
• Valid State of Georgia Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and supervises daily operations of assigned work crews in maintenance and operations of DPR parks and recreation centers.
• Supervises staff; reviews work, performance evaluations, workload coordination, training, and scheduling.
