St. Andrew's Parish Parks & Playground Commission is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Parks Maintenance - Building Custodian to help keep our recreation facilities clean and welcoming for the community.

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements include at least 1 year of custodial experience, valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification or the ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of one year of custodial experience.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or ability to obtain and maintain).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize fitness, recreation, and office facilities.
• Maintain restrooms, locker rooms, common areas, and outdoor walkways.
• Perform minor building and equipment maintenance, including painting and basic repairs.
• Assist with facility setups, special events, and inspections.
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and guests.

What You'll Do
