City of Kissimmee is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to maintain parks, athletic fields and facilities under supervision. Responsibilities include landscaping, mowing, pesticide application, equipment inspection, and assisting with event setups.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in grounds maintenance, a valid Florida driver’s license, and able to obtain FEMA ICS certifications within 6 months of appointment.

• Requires a HS diploma or GED with 1–2 years of grounds maintenance experience.
• May require licensure for pesticide application.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and obtain FEMA ICS certifications within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Mow city parks, trim shrubs, plant and maintain landscaping elements.
• Inspect and maintain playground equipment and fencing.
• Perform sanitation duties and assist with event setups.
• Operate and maintain park equipment and perform minor repairs.
