Qualifications

• Two years of experience in general groundskeeping or park facility maintenance.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license; CPR/First Aid within six months of employment.
• Must work every weekend and be able to lift/move up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, recreation areas, and athletic fields including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting.
• Perform custodial duties in buildings and facilities, such as trash removal, restroom cleaning, and floor maintenance.
• Assist with basic building maintenance and inventory of operating supplies.
• Engage with the public, enforce rules and provide information, and help develop a volunteer base.
