Qualifications

• Must obtain FEMA NIMS IS-100.c and IS-700.b within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Mows, trims, edges, and weeds turf and park spaces.
• Fertilizes lawn and landscaping; maintains logs of products and chemicals.
• Performs pond maintenance and assists with irrigation and litter control.
• Maintains equipment, performs minor repairs, and cleans facilities.
• Inspects park amenities and assists with emergency response when needed.
