Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must obtain Kansas CDL Class B with air brakes within six months.
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair on structures and facilities (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry).
  • Maintain pool, splash pads, and aquatic facility systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems.
  • Operate a variety of tools and maintenance vehicles.
  • Assist with snow removal and seasonal tasks.
  • Keep accurate records of inspections and repairs.
