Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of groundskeeping/parks maintenance experience required.
• Valid Florida Driver License or must obtain within 30 days of residency.
• Certification in FEMA NIMS IS-100.c and IS-700.b within 90 days of employment.
• Must be physically able to perform duties in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mows, trims, edges, and weeds turf and green spaces.
• Drives and operates county vehicle/equipment; follows safety policies.
• Maintains logs of products and chemicals used.
• Performs pond maintenance and assists with irrigation and landscape tasks.
• Completes work orders and daily task paperwork.
