Job summary

• High school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license.
• Flaggers Certification and Pesticide applicator license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance work in parks, facilities, and trails including mowing, edging, weeding, and repairs.
• Operates a wide variety of equipment and tools, including specialized machinery.
• Plans and maintains grass, trims shrubs, and inspects for hazards.
• Constructs and maintains athletic fields, including mowing, edging, and infield setup.
• Designs and installs irrigation systems and winterizes equipment.
• Assists in project work such as concrete, signs, kiosks, fences; trains seasonal staff.
