Job summary

Tulsa County LaFortune Maintenance is seeking a dedicated team member to keep park facilities clean and orderly under direct supervision. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, polishing surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and trash pickup in public areas.

Expected to perform snow removal, sand bagging and related property cleaning, with flexibility for additional tasks as needed. A high school diploma or GED and basic maintenance knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic building maintenance and grounds keeping practices.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Read and follow safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Oklahoma driver license and defensive driving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain Parks Facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary environment.
• Use cleaning tools and supplies; keep restrooms stocked and clean.
• Sweep, mop floors, clean spills and remove trash in public areas.
• Perform snow removal and sand bagging when needed; other duties as assigned.
